Windy Town – Terms of Service

Welcome to Windy Town, a Windy Town Entertainment Group website (the “Site”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Site and any related content, products, services, downloads, or features offered through it.

YOUR SOLE REMEDY IS TO DISCONTINUE USE OF THE SITE.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Windy Town, its officers, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, or expenses arising from your use of the Site or violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Any dispute shall be resolved by binding arbitration in Peoria, Illinois, under the JAMS Streamlined Arbitration Rules. You waive any right to participate in a class action.

19. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

20. Entire Agreement

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and Windy Town regarding use of the Site.
